To check subscription status, you can go to My Account and view every detail of your group and account in My account status section.
What are my payment options?

Why am I getting an error message when I 'm trying to pay for membership?
There are a few reasons you could receive an error when subscribing:
You do not have enough money on your account.You entered wrong info. Please try again.
Try re-entering your information or using a different form of payment. If you still experience problems, please feel free to contact us.
What's the difference between a free membership and a Paid Membership?
Being a free user you can enjoy site options only partially. With a paid membership you can have more communication options, get more matches, find your partner faster!
How do I know when will my subscription expire?
To find out when your subscription expires, go to My account page (link is in top menu) and check My account status section. Period of use there shows the timeline for the project. Rest field shows how many days are left till your subscription expires.
Will my profile still show up if I end my subscription?
Yes. When your subscription ends, you become a free user and may subscribe again if you wish.
If I remove my profile, will it end my subscription?
Yes.
If I bought a 5-months membership and cancel after two months, can I get my money back for the remaining three months?
No, we do not change subscriptions. If you decide to cancel in a short period of time, your membership will stay active for the rest of the subscription plan and then expire as usual.
Where do I go when my trial membership period ends?
If there's a trial special offer on a site, you can register and enjoy all pleasures of paid subscription for a certain time set by us. After the time's over, you're transferred to a Free users group and can upgrade your account from My account page to become a privileged user again.
